Cassie is the connective tissue between FedEd Academy's trained advisors and the federal employees they serve. She works daily with HR offices, agency benefits coordinators, and financial professionals to make sure federal workers have access to knowledgeable guidance on their benefits.

Cassie Graves joined Federal Employee Benefits Advocates, LLC after years of working in benefits administration and financial services support roles. Her background spans both sides of the advisor-client relationship — she understands how advisors think, and she understands what federal employees actually need when they're trying to make sense of FEHB plan options, FEGLI elections, or a FERS retirement timeline.
In her day-to-day work at FEBA and FedEd Academy, Cassie focuses on FEHB plan comparisons, FEGLI coverage analysis, and helping advisors translate complex federal benefit rules into clear, actionable guidance for their federal clients. She frequently supports agency HR offices and benefits coordinators with outreach planning and employee education events.
Cassie is a key part of FEBA's mission to close the gap between the complexity of the federal benefits system and the financial professionals who serve federal employees. She brings patience, precision, and a genuine commitment to getting the details right — because in federal benefits, the details matter enormously.
Outside of her work with FEBA, Cassie is passionate about financial literacy and believes that every federal employee — regardless of pay grade or years of service — deserves to understand the full value of the benefits they've earned.
